Family #299 in the 1834 Grimm census.
Family #320 in the 1857 Grimm census.
If Louisa Sophia was born in 1798, there should mostly likely be a record of her in the 1798 census. She is not listed in that census, so she was probably born very late in that year or in 1799. There is no notation that she came from another colony, but that is always a possibility, too.
She is not listed in the 1857 census, and her husband passed away in 1856. Since all of her children were adults by that year, it's possible she remarried and was living with another family at the time of the census. If she were still alive, she would have been 58 years old, still young enough to remarry. There is also the possibility that she passed away. Because the census records don't track female deaths, we cannot determine whether or not she was still living at the time of the 1857 census.
