She has a Find-a-grave. Not sure how good the info is, But, it is at https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/49076750/catherine-trintye-opdyck. Also links to her husband and 5 children. Also shows her name as Catherine Trintye Opdyck. In my research via ancestry.com and familysearch databases, it appears her surname may have been Trintye/Tryntye that this profile is showing as a first name. If anything it is a middle name.

Thanks for pointing out the findagrave page. Unfortunately, it appears to be just one more user-contributed page that provides no evidence.

Tryntje (with various spellings) is commonly seen in New Netherland, as a variant form of the Dutch name Catryntje. Often one woman appears in records in records with multiple versions of the name (others include Catryna, Catrina, Catharina, etc.). Catherine is the English equivalent. Given her life dates, it seems unlikely that she was ever recorded as Catherine in her lifetime, but descendants might have chosen to call her that.
