My estimate of Elizabeth's birthdate is speculative, based mainly on the date of christening on one son, Matthew Copeland, in 1757. I assume that Elizabeth was aged around 21 at this date.

Married

Elizabeth must have married William on or before 1757 because a couple named William and Elizabeth Coupland/Copeland/Copling had at least three children between 1757-1760.
