Mary Ann Smith was born in Wythe, Virginia, United States, daughter of William Smith (1772-1850) and Catherine Smyth (1776-1853)

Mary married John Davis (~1776 - ~1815) and they had at least the following known child:

  1. Abraham Davis (1794- )

Mary (~25) married George Washington Kinser (~24) (~1791 - ~1871) on 13 Dec 1815 in Wythe County Virginia,[1][2]. Their children were:

  1. William M Kinser (~1816 - ~1893)

  3. Vinnie Kinser (~1818 - )
  4. Daniel A Kinser (~1819 - )
  5. Catherine Kinser (~1820 - ).

03/12/1816 = George Kinsor and wife Mary Kinser sold land on Reed Creek[3] to Geo. Whitsell;

Mary died in 1822 in Tennessee aged ~32. [CITATION NEEDED]

1822-1823 = Death of Mary Kinser? Another suggestion is that she left to Kentucky. Can't confirm either at this time.
