On Motion, The Court direct notice be given in the "York Recorder" and "German True Republican" to the heirs of John Reidinger, eldest son, and Samuel Reidinger, second son, of Stephen Reidinger, deceased, who died intestate, to come into Court the first day of next term and take the Real Estate of said intestate at the valuation; otherwise a neglect shall be deemed a renunciation.

Jacob Eichelberger, Esquire high sheriff of York County came into court and made return of a former order Whereby he was commanded to make partition of two certain tracts or pieces of land situate in West Manchester Township one of said tracts containing thirty three acres more or less adjoining lands of Peter Sinn, Michael Bentz and others and the other tract situate in said township of West Manchester containing about twenty acres more or less adjoining lands of <left blank> late the Estate of Stephen Reidinger deceased who died Intestate, if the same would admit of such partition without prejudice to or spoiling the whole. And that the tracts or pieces of land aforesaid together and undivided are of the value of one hundred and seventy eight pounds lawful money of Pennsylvania, which valuation the Court do hereby confirm. And Whereas in ursuance of an order of Orphans Court held at York for the County of York on the seventeenth day of December past, ordering and directing a Notice to be published in the "York Recorder" and "German True Republican" two Newspapers published in the Borough of York, to the Heirs and representatives of John Reidinger deceased (who was the eldest son and Heir at Law of said Stephen Reidinger the Intestate [ )] and Samuel Reidinger Second son of said Intestate.  ?and said heirs and representatives ? having neglected to appear ? that said Michael Reidinger be allowed the sum of twelve pounds twelve shillings and three pence the cost of these proceedings. That he pay unto Anna Reidinger the widow of said Intestate yearly and every year during her natural life the sum of three pounds three shillings and nine pence farthing ? That he pay unto Samuel Reidinger, Stephen Reidinger, Elizabeth intermarried with John Gerhart, Barbara intermarried with Christian Dick, Nancy intermarried with William Bear, Froene intermarried with Barnet Rupert and Magdalena intermarried with Peter Ortner, daughters of said Intestate, and to the lawful heirs and representatives of John Reidinger who was the eldest son of said Intestate (now deceased) each the sum of eleven pounds sixteen shillings and one penny half penny?

22 Feb 2019 Note: I found an Anna Maria Lau ,,born in 1737 and who died in April 1811 in York, PA, who I thought might have been Stephen's wife. However she married Elias Eyster, and she is not Stephen's wife. (https://www.geni.com/people/Anna-Eyster/6000000000585587197)
