In 1871 Sarah Ann Lovell (age 22) lived in Batheaston, Somerset with her husband William (21, Servant).[2]
In 1881 Sarah A Lovell (age 28) lived in Escomb, Durham with her husband William (30, Puddler Iron Works), daughter Cathrin (4, Scholar), son William (0), and boarder Bryan Callon (45, Roller Iron Works).[3]
In 1891 Sarah Lovell-Jones (age 38) lived in Knitsley, Durham with her husband Henry [?] (39, Labourer Blast Furnaces) and five children: Catherine (14, Scholar), William (10, Scholar), George (6, Scholar), Albert (3), and Susannah (0).[4]
Sarah's husband passed away before 1901.
In 1901 Sarah A Lovell (age 46) lived in Consett, Durham with four of her children: William (20, Labourer Steel Wks), George (16, Labourer Steel Wks), Albert (13), and Susan (10), as well as boarder James Keenan (63, Labourer Steel Wks).[5]
In 1911 Sarah Ann Lovell (age 56) lived in Consett with her son William (29, Steel Smelter at Steel Works), daughter Kate (33), and boarder George Joplin (30, Blastfurnace Slagger at Steel Works).[6]
