Elizabeth was born in 1848.

Marriage

Edward Snelling and Elizabeth Morris were married after banns on 11th November 1869 at St Saviour, Paddington, Middlesex.^[1] They were both of full age, and bachelor and spinster. Edward was an oilman, living in the parish of Holy Trinity, Tulse Hill and the son of Thomas Snelling, who was also an oilman. Elizabeth was living at 16 Randolph Road, in the parish of St Saviour and her father was Henry Morris, who was a gentleman. Both signed their own names on the register and the witnesses to the marriage were William Morris, Emma Elvey Snelling and Frederick James Snelling.^[2]
