She married Thomas A. Whitt on July 23, 1868 in Tazewell, Virginia, United States.[3]
They had ten (10) children together. [4]
Patsy lived in her husband's household in 1870 and 1880. [5][6]
Her husband, Thomas, died in 1897,[7] and Patsy raised the remaining children per 1900 US Census. She is listed as widowed.[8]
Patsy died on March 25, 1929 in North Tazewell, Tazewell, VA, USA.[9]
She was buried in Maplewood Cemetery, Tazewell, Tazewell, Virginia, USA.[10]
Patsy Ellen (Mercer) Whitt is my great grandmother on my father's side.[11]
