Ida Stone, the daughter of Ernest and Ethalinda Stone, was born in Iowa on 1 December 1874.
On her Find-a-Grave her middle name is the initial B; on her son's marriage licence her name is given as Ida America Olmsted. [1]
In 1908 in Yamhill County, Oregon, she married Ora Olmsted of Portland, Oregon as his second wife. [2]
They had a son, Wallace born in 1919
Ida Olmsted died 31 January 1973 and is buried in the Multnomah Park Cemetery, Portland, Oregon. [3]
Research Notes
Where is Ida buried
There is a memorial [4] for her in the Valley View Memorial Park. It contains errors and I believe this was created to be the wife of her first husband who is in that cemetery. Her parents are in Valley View.
The memorial for her in the Multnomah Park Cemetery has no photo.
Only an "on the ground" inspection of the two sites would resolve the issue.
