Eliza Andrews was born in 1825 in Castle Camps, Cambridgeshire[1] to Judith (Killingback) Andrews and her husband Samuel Andrews.
She was christened 8 May 1825 in Castle Camps.[1] which was listed as her birthplace in the 1851 census, but she later lived in Hempstead, Essex [2]. Hempstead, a nearby village, was listed as her birthplace in the 1861 census.
The 1841 census recorded Eliza as living at Borough in Hempstead with her brother:[2]

Eliza Andrews (minor [under 21], Spinster, daughter of Samuel Andrews, Farmer) and William Stock (minor, Bachelor, Shoemaker, son of James Stock, Shoemaker) were married on 13 May 1844 at St Andrew's in Hempstead - the witnesses were Samuel Andrews & Jane Andrews[3] The marriage was registered in Saffron Walden, Essex in the second quarter of the year.[4]

Eliza's first husband may have died about 1845 (several William Stock to choose between in UK BMD). She married again at Radwinter[3] in 1848.
Eliza Stock (of full age, Widow, daughter of Samuel Andrews, Farmer) and Thomas Moss (of full age, Widower, Labourer, residing at Radwinter, son of John Moss, Labourer) were married on 22 Dec 1848 at St Andrew's in Hempstead … witnessed by Jane Andrews & Richard Andrews.[5] The marriage was registered in Saffron Walden in the last quarter of the year.[6]
The 1851 census recorded Eliza as living in Radwinter with her husband and two sons[7]:

Eliza Moss of Radwinter, aged 37 years, was buried on 4 Oct 1864 at St Mary the Virgin in Radwinter.[9] Her death was registered in Saffron Walden in the last quarter of the year.[10]
