Elizabeth (Uren) Tonkin was an Assisted Immigrant to Victoria.
Elizabeth Uren daughter of Abednego and Grace was baptised 23 Feb 1824 in Sennen, Cornwall, England [1]
She married John Tonkin 26 Nov 1842 in St Just in Penwith [2]
In Aug 1857 Elizabeth "TOMKIN" with her children Elizabeth J 14, Grace 13, John 10, Thomas 8, Mary 5 and William 2 arrived in Victoria on the ship Undaunted [3] no record of John Tonkin on this ship
Elizabeth "Tonking" died 21 Oct 1891 in Young, New South Wales, Australia [4] and was buried in the Methodist Portion of the Young Cemetery.[5]
