Biography

Thomas Urquhart was born at Dingwall, Cromartyshire, Scotland on the 6th of August 1828, son of Thomas Urquhart and Isobel Cameron.[1]

He was a pioneer tailor and storekeeper in Wallacetown; he came to Canada in 1847.

He was married to Sarah McCallum (1828-1893). They had a daughter, Mary Isabel Urquhart, who died on the 26th of December 1906.

He died in 1886.[2]
