Biography
When Flora B Utterson was born on January 9, 1866, in Ohio, her father, John, was 36, and her mother, Sarah, was 29. She married Richard Roper on February 27, 1896, in Summerset, Iowa. They had three children during their marriage. She died on April 17, 1902, in Warren, Iowa, at the age of 36, and was buried there.
