Biography

Alicia Guerra Valenzuela (Rivera) was born on November 25, 1948 in Nueces County, Texas. Her parents were Jose Valenzuela and Carolina Guerra^[1]

Alicia was married and divorced twice^[2]

In Fort Worth, Texas on the 6th of May in 2016, Alicia left her earthly life behind.^[3]

She is survived by seven daughters, three sons, forty-five grandchildren, and one sister Maria Rosie. ^[4][5]

Alicia was preceded in death by her: infant daughter, Diamantina Valenzuela (15 Jan 1968); parents, José Valenzuela and Carolina Guerra; an older brother, Eduardo Guerra Valenzuela (1946-1998); two younger brothers, Jesus Guerra Valenzuela (1950-1974) and Eliazar "Charlie" Guerra Valdez (1961-2001); and a younger sister, Hortencia Guerra Mendez (1957-1991).^[6] Several other family members preceded her in death also.

Burial: Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park, Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas USA^[7]
