John was born in 1889 to [Van Kennen-5|Frank Van Kennen]] and Ida Blanchard of Norfolk, New York. [1] He married Edith Stickney on 22 Jun 1916.[2] When he passed away, he was buried in Bixby Cemetery, Norfolk, St. Lawrence County, New York. He shares a grave marker with his wife. There are two markers with only the first names of Charlotte and Watson in front of John and Edith's grave marker. They may possibly have been their children.
