Eléonore de Roye was born on 24 February 1535. She was the eldest daughter and heiress of Charles de Roye and of Madeleine de Mailly.
Eléonore married Louis I de Bourbon on 22 June 1551 at Condé-en-Brie (currently in the departement Aisne, Hauts-de France, France). They had the following children:
She died on 23 July 1564.
