Van Slyke-97 and Van Slyck-34 appear to represent the same person because: This recently created duplicate is the oldest maternal ancestor in this chain in need of a merge into the NNS PPP. No tree conflicts. Add aka Van Slyke. Thanks!

I've been looking into the sources cited for all of the profiles of Elizabeth Van Slyck and the people linked to profile VanSlyck-3 as her parents. (Many of these sources are Ancestry.com URLs that turn out to be dead-end redirects.)

I have not yet found any indication that Cornelis Antonissen was her father. Jonathan Pearson in Contributions for the genealogies of the first settlers of the ancient county of Albany, from 1630 to 1800 (1872) and A history of the Schenectady patent in the Dutch and English times : being contributions toward a history of the lower Mohawk Valley (1883) names only two daughters for him: Hilletie and Lea(?). Neither book names an Elizabeth (or Lysbeth) born anywhere near the dates for this person.

Van Slyck-74 and Van Slyck-34 appear to represent the same person because: These are two of the three profiles for Elizabeth Van Slyck / Van Slyke / etc., born 1639, who married Hendrick Van Buren. Before the NNS project was established, Van Slyke was selected as the LNAB for her supposed father, Van_Slyke-19. Since none of the three profiles has that LNAB, I am selecting Van_Slyck-34 as a merge destination. (Furthermore, I think it most likely that the LNAB was spelled "Van Slyck".) Van_Slyck-34 is the lowest-numbered profile with the "Van Slyck" spelling.

Although WikiTree has multiple profiles for the father's wife, there currently are no conflicts regarding the supposed mother of this person (two of the three profiles for Elizabeth have no mother). However, as I note in a comment at VanSlyck-3, I can't find sources linking her to those parents.
