I have not yet found any indication that Cornelis Antonissen was her father. Jonathan Pearson in Contributions for the genealogies of the first settlers of the ancient county of Albany, from 1630 to 1800 (1872) and A history of the Schenectady patent in the Dutch and English times : being contributions toward a history of the lower Mohawk Valley (1883) names only two daughters for him: Hilletie and Lea(?). Neither book names an Elizabeth (or Lysbeth) born anywhere near the dates for this person.

Although WikiTree has multiple profiles for the father's wife, there currently are no conflicts regarding the supposed mother of this person (two of the three profiles for Elizabeth have no mother). However, as I note in a comment at VanSlyck-3, I can't find sources linking her to those parents.
