Biography

Lambert was baptized 1 May 1774 in the Reformed Dutch Church of Kinderhook, New York. His parents were recorded as Cornelis Van Valckenburgh and Maria Kittel; witnesses were Pieter Huygenen and Marytje Van Valckenburgh.^[1]
