James Vance was born in the Colony of Victoria (1851-1900)
James was born in 1866, the son of James Vance and Eliza Elliott. [1]
In 1898, James Joseph Vance married Margaret Jane Winifred Wren in the Colony of Victoria.[2]
He passed away in 1955, aged 89.[3]
