If we are to believe William Vance : his descendants and related families, Clay County, Missouri - Compiled by Katherine Gentry Bushman, 1962. then he didn't marry Elizabeth Flurry and raise a family with her in Kentucky because her document says: He lived and died in Indiana. Children unknown.[1]
He passed away in 1867.
