Biography

Emma was born in 1858. Her parents were Abraham Vanderpool and Rebecca Martin. [1]

She married Rev. William Roswell Mellott in Wisconsin in 1882.

They had three sons: Irving Louis, Clarence Arthur (1880-1971) and Edwin Vernon (1896-1982).

Emma passed away in 1944 [2] and was buried in the Lisbon Cemetery, Lisbon, Linn County, Iowa. [3]
