Biography
William first married Louisa J Radabaugh and they had two children; Ira and Ona May.
Louisa died in July 1892 and in September 1893 William married, Fanny Leota Manuel and they had eleven children.
Some records show middle initial "E." Could be "Elisha." Tombstone shows "Lisha."
