I agree Charlie Vannia appears to be same. However his marriage to Norcissus , known as N. E. Vannia in her marker stone at Union Grove, Wales Cemmetary, produces at least 1 child called Aunt Maggie Vannia Wales. Matilette Vannia, sister of Charlie, married WILLIAM Jasper Williams, brother if Norcissus. Some how names change. But according to the family Bible of Andrew Williams, the grand son of Matillette and Jasper her name was Vannia not Obannion.
