James Spradlin and Mary Elizabeth Vanover were married 18 Nov 1890 in Scott Co, Tenn. The marriage license was applied for on 17 Nov 1890. James W. Spradlin and John Terry bound the sum of $1250.00 to the State of Tennessee for the marriage. The certification of marriage was signed by the minister, G. C. Duncan.
She passed away in 1961.
