Biography

Joseph Varney is presumed to have been born circa 1690, in Dover, New Hampshire, to Elizabeth Evans and Peter Varney.^[1]

On August 5, 1712, Joseph is presumed to have married Abigail Robinson. They appear to have had at least 4 children, including Deborah and Hannah.^[1]

In 1721, Joseph's parents deeded him 5 acres of land.^[1]
