Alfred French Varty was born on 11 June 1829 and was baptised on 7 July 1829 at Saint Helen Bishopsgate, London[1]. He was the twin son of William Varty and Mary Boyd. His father was a Linen Draper of Bishopsgate Street Within.
Sadly Alfred passed away in February 1830 at the age of 7 months. He was buried on 9 February 1830 at Eyle's Vault, Saint Helen's Church, Bishopsgate, London, England[2][3].
