Biography

Richard was born in November 1858 in Cooper County, Missouri and a son of Joseph Vaughan and Elvira Hill. He was living with his parents in 1860 and 1870. Richard married Emmaline Bains on February 8, 1880 in Moniteau County, Missouri. In 1880, Richard and his new bride was living with Emma’s, mother, Marthy Banes. He was living near Clarksburg in Moreau Township in 1910 in Moniteau County, Missouri. He passed away in 1933 and buried in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Cooper County, Missouri. [1]
