Biography

Joseph was born on January 5, 1840. in Cooper County, Missouri and a son of James Vaughan and Charity Hill. Joseph married Mary Jane birdsong on November 14, 1879 in Moniteau County, Missouri. He passed away on June 23, 1923 and buried in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Cooper County, Missouri. [1]
