Widowed, Joseph then married Sarah Stables on 29 Apr 1891, Lunenburg CO. She was b 1863, England as the daughter of Alfred & Jane Stables of England.

Again Widowed, Joseph married for the third time to Annie Russell on 26 Nov 1919, Lunenburg CO. She was b Jul 1877, Mecklenburg CO the daughter of JN & LL Russell who lived in the Buckhorn Dist, Mecklenburg CO in 1900.
