Seth Richard VAUGHAN was born on 07 Aug 1851 in Wombourne, Staffordshire, England ^[1]as the second child of John VAUGHAN and Martha DEANS. He had two siblings, namely: Sarah Pheobe, and Enos Samuel. He died on 10 Jan 1912 in Keighley, Yorkshire, England (31 Thwaites Lane, Keighley) ^[2]. When he was 26, he married Martha POWNEY, daughter of Thomas POWNEY and Bridget FINLAND, on 24 Feb 1878 (St Peters Church, St. Peters Square, Wolverhampton, Staffordshire, England)^[3].
