Nancy was the daughter of James & Priscilla (Gage) Vaughn. Her grandparents were Stephen & Mary (Nail) Vaughn.
She was first married to Thomas A Perkins about 1861. They were the parents of Andrew Jackson Perkins and Elvira Elizabeth Perkins Jones. John died in 1864. The two Perkins children were living in the household of their aunt, Mary Jane Vaughn Reese in 1870 Marion Co, AL.
Around 1871 Nancy became the 2nd wife of Simeon Estes. They were the parents of Ruben Penelton Estes and Felix George Estes.
Nancy became the 2nd wife of William T Hulsey about 1877 and was the mother of Emma J Hulsey Langley, Walter L Hulsey, and Beatrice L Hulsey. In 1930, Beatrice L Hulsey, is living in Wood Co TX with Andrew Jackson Perkins listed as his half sister.
