I notice that the place of death differs. According to the Document on both and details on Venter-1367 it is Caledon, but Venter-2228 states Orange Free State. If this is changed on Venter-2228 I agree to merge. Erika
This is tricky. It is in the district Caledon River in the Orange Free State, not Cape Colony. If you look on the death notice, you can see it was filed in the Orange Free State and signed in Smithfield, which is in Free State
