Mary was born in 1837. She was the daughter of Amos Vernon and Jane Way.[1][2]
Mary Vernon married Elijah Wood March 7, 1865, in Athens County, Ohio.[3] They lived in Wesley, Washington County, Ohio.[4][5]
Mary later married Barclay Lambert August 10, 1895, in Brookfield, Linn County, Missouri. They lived in Locust Creek Township, Linn County, Missouri.[6]
After Barclay Lambert's death, she married Anson P. Werden about 1909.
She passed away in 1914. She was buried at Fairview Cemetery, Salida, Chaffee County, Colorado.
