The names of the nearest relatives are: Paul Guitro, Nicholas Guitro, Marcelin Guitro, Jean Louis Picou, Zenon Berthelot--all uncles of the minors.
    June 15, 1830. Charlotte Vicnair, widow of Baptiste Vicnair, petitions ‘For the natural tutrix of her Four minor children--Jean Baptiste, Melina, Paul, and Valmire Vicnair--children of her marriage with J. B. Vicnair. Mr. Vicnair died in Ascension Parish, leaving a plantation situated in St. Helena Parish on the Amite River. The co-heirs have petitioned For a sale and partition. Mrs. Vicnair is made natural tutrix, and Vincent Scivicque is made under tutor.
