Biography
Marie Catherine Vige, daughter of Charles and Catherine Catoir, was born on 10 Sep. 1788 and baptized on 9 Nov. 1788, her birth and baptism were recorded at St. Landry Catholic Church, Opelousas, St. Landry Parish, Louisiana.[1]
She married Charles Pitre, son of Francois PItre and Marie Joseph Thibadeau, on 9 July 1805 the marriage was recorded at St. Landry Catholic Church.[1]
Catherine died before 25 Feb. 1835 the date of her succession in St. Landry Parish.[1]
