Biography

He was the son of the Hon. George Villiers and the Hon. Theresa Parker.[1] He was born on the 3rd of January 1802.[1] He died on the 16th of January 1898, unmarried at the age of 96.[1][2][3][4]

  • (M.P.) for Lancashire Southern from August 4, 1847 - December 20, 1847.[5]
