Charles Villiers was a member of the aristocracy in England.

Biography

He was the son of the Hon. George Villiers and the Hon. Theresa Parker.^[1] He was born on the 3rd of January 1802.^[1] He died on the 16th of January 1898, unmarried at the age of 96.^[1][2][3][4]
