Steven Vynall, son of Steven Vynall, was baptized 28 November 1630 in the Parish Church of Benenden, Kent, England[1][2]
Ann Vinal, a widow, appears in the records of Scituate, Plymouth Colony (later Massachusetts), in 1636, with three children. Stephen was the middle child of the three. He reported his own birthdate as "about the middle of December 1630" and said that the family had immigrated to New England in 1636 and settled in Scituate that same year.[3]
The names of Stephen and John Vinall appear on the list of men who took the "oath of fidelity" in Scituate, Plymouth Colony (now Massachusetts), between 1633 and 1668[4] and on the 1673 list of "allowed and approved inhabitants" to whom portions of the common lands of Scituate were assigned.[5]
Steven Vinall married Mary Baker in Scituate, Plymouth Colony (now Massachusetts) on 26 February 1661/1662.[6][7][8] Or, Shurtleff gives the date of marriage as 29 February 1661.[9]
Mary was the daughter of Nicholas Baker of Hingham.[10][3][11]
The children of Stephen and Mary (Baker) Vinal as:[3]
He died on 13 July 1712 in Scituate.[15]
His will was dated 7 April 1711 and proved on 6 August 1712. He mentions his wife Mary (and her father Nicholas Backer), and his children, Stephen, Mary, Hannah, and two grandchildren not named, his uncle John Vinal, and his eldest son John Vinal (who has been gone for twenty years and he has not heard from him since). A copy his inventory states that it was taken 22 July 1711; however, since that date is inconsistent with the record of his date of death and the date of probate of his estate, his inventory may have been taken 22 July 1712.[16] (Researcher's Note: The original copy has "July the 23 1712" crossed off and written again as "July the 22: 1711", and the oath to the inventory was not dated.[17])

Additionally, I think Vinall might be the "correct" spelling for the last name.
