Spelled "Rhury" in the 1828 John Vincent Family Bible.
First married to Cincinatus Chapman. After his death, she married Milton Frazier (a widower). They had 3 sons: Lucius, Leonidas, and Willie.
Rhuey died in Arkansas. A headstone inscription reads: "Rhuey Frazier Age 69." Son Leonidas pre-deceased her, and is buried at this same cemetery (Mount Prospect Cemetery, Columbia Co., Arkansas).
