A certain Jeremiah Littleton who lived in Greenville County, South Carolina, is thought to be her father. Huldah died between 1880 and May 19, 1885. They had eight children who grew to adulthood.
The first George Vincent to settle in what is now Lewis County arrived about 1830 to the area where Kittrell Cemetery is located. This cemetery was originally the Vincent Family Cemetery. George Vincent was born in the 1780s in North Carolina, he married Hulda Littleton in 1807 in Greenville County, South Carolina. He fought in the War of 1812 and after his death, his widow applied for a pension for his service. In her application, she stated that George died Oct. 3, 1868 at home, near Newburg, Lewis County, Tn. George and Hulda are buried in the Kittrell Cemetery, no markers. In a 1909 Dallas County, Texas write-up by his grandson, George Vincent "was a large planter and land owner." Huldah Littleton was born mid 1790s in South Carolina.
