Biography

William Lee Vincent was born 8 March 1868 in Marion, West Virginia. He was the son of Stephen Washington Vincent and Mary Ann Linn. [1] [2]

1870 U.S. Census Stephen W. Vincent (age 28) and is wife Mary A. (age 28) were living in Union District, Marion, Fairmont Post Office, West Virginia with their children: Edward G (age 4), William L. (age 2), and Hiram R (age 5 months). Personal property value-$150. Stephen and Mary were born in Virginia. The children were all born in West Virginia. Stephen is a farm hand. Mary is keeping house.[3]

30 May 1895 William Lee Vincent married Minnie Nuzum in Palatine, Marion, West Virginia. [4] [5]

William Lee Vincent passed away from myocarditis/sudden heart failure at age 54 on 5 Nov 1922 in Shinnston, Harrison, West Virginia. He was a married coal miner. Parents: Stephen Washington Vincent and Mary Ann Linn; Informant: G. E. Vincent. [6] [7]
