Jerome Vincent (abt. 1854 - abt. 1895)

Biography

Jerome was born in Tennessee County in 1854 to George Vincent and Margaret Hunt.

He first appeared in the 1860 US census when he was 6-years old.^[1]

His name was misspelled Gerome in the 1870 census when he was living with his parents and sister, Laura.^[2]

In 1880 he married Cordelia F Patton in his home state^[3] and they later went on to have at least two children. John S Vincent.^[4] where it was recorded he was father of the groom and John Summerfield Vincent, who was born in 1886.^[5]

Jerome passed away in March of 1895 and was laid to rest in Fall Branch Methodist Cemetery, the same place his father was buried.^[6]
