In 1800 Eunice was a beneficiary in her paternal grandfather Thomas Vincent's Will.[2]
Eunice was included as an intended beneficiary in her step-mother Martha (Randell) Vincent's Will that was written in 1822, but Eunice died in 1825 and pre-deceased Martha who died in 1836.[3]
Eunice died aged 49 and was buried on the 30th September 1825 at Deadman's Place (Independent), Union Street, Southwark. She had been living at Little St Thomas Apostles, London. Her family were members of non-conformist churches. Other members of the family were also buried here, including her mother Mary (Cowell) Vincent, and her mother's sister-in-law Elizabeth Webb.[4][5]
