Biography

George grew up in Oklahoma. He served in the air force during WWII and earned a bronze star

George was an investor and a real estate broker.

He married Charlene Taylor in 1948 in Los Angeles, Calif

George and "Charlie" moved to Chatsworth California and raised a family of three children.

They were family friends with the Roy Rogers family, and there is a family story of George and Roy sitting in George's real estate office, and as potential clients would come in, George would ask Roy what he thought of particular properties...so the potential client could be impressed with comments 'direct from Roy Rogers".

Spent his later years in Santa Barbara and enjoyed visits from his grandchildren.

George is buried at Oakwood Memorial Park, Chatsworth, Los Angeles County, California, USA
