Herbert was born on 26 Sep 1876. [1] [2]
Herbert Calvin Vincent married about 1897 to Harriett "Hattie" Whiteley.
On 20 Apr 1932 in Fresno County, CA he and 2 of his sons (Harold @25 and Clifford @22) received a sentence of 5 years to life for burglary 1st degree and they were sent to Folsom Prison. [3] On 01 May 1932 he and his 2 sons were transferred to San Quentin Prison. [4] [5]

- 1938/Feb/24 Harold VINCENT was paroled.
- 1941/Jan/20 Herbert VINCENT was paroled.
