Biography

Birth & Upbringing: Born 1952 and raised in the Chilimanzi District.
Education Mapiravana School, Chilimanzi.
Family: Simon married Gertrude and together they raised two children.
Vocation: After leaving school he worked as a carpenter. Joined the BSA Police in November 1971; Reg.No.21051; He eventually joined the Criminal Investigation Department and served on the Melsetter, Goromonzi and Marandellas stations. He served until December 1979
Demise:KOAS - vehicle accident while serving as a Detective Constable with Criminal Investigation Dept in in the Operation Thrasher area.[1]
Burial:Umvuma District 5 December 1979[2]. [3]
