Their daughter Elizabeth was christened on 31 May 1830 at St Helens Chapel of Ease in the parish of Prescot, Lancashire. Her father's occupation was recorded as labourer, and the family's address as Windle.
Their son Thomas was christened on 27 May 1832 at St Helens Chapel of Ease in the parish of Prescot, Lancashire. His father's occupation was recorded as labourer, and the family's address as Windle.
Their son Joseph was christened on 25 May 1834 at St Helens Chapel of Ease in the parish of Prescot, Lancashire. His father's occupation was recorded as labourer, and the family's address as Windle.
Margaret married Thomas Johnson on 19 Apr 1840 at Rainford Chapel of Ease in the parish of Prescot, Lancashire. Both were of full age (21 or more) and widowed, and lived in Eccleston; Thomas was a sawyer. Their fathers were named as John Johnson (farmer) and George Vose (blacksmith). The witnesses were Robert Davis and Sarah Middlehurst.
By June 6th 1841, they were living in Liverpool Road, Prescot with Margaret's three children from her previous marriage - Elizabeth, Thomas and Joseph.
By March 30th 1851, they were still in Liverpool Road, Eccleston, and Thomas was a sawyer.
By April 7th 1861, Thomas and Margaret were living at 112 Liverpool Road, Eccleston. Thomas was a sawyer.
