Biography
Jessie was born in 1897. Her birth registration records her name as Winfred Bertha, but she was known as Jessie. She is the daughter of Edmond Wade and Bertha Gee. In 1924 she married Harold Lowry and they had three children together[1]. Jessie passed away in 1980.
