Biography
Frances was born in Sale, Victoria. She was the daughter of John Lace Wade and Euphemia Wade nee Scott. Her birth was registered in 1869. [1]
In 1897 Frances married Horace Arthur Hedges at Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
