Carter-23861 and Wadkins-76 do not represent the same person because: Must resolve name at birth. If she married a Carter why are her parents also Carter. Discussion and sources are needed so that others can assist in the merge.

Carter-23861 and Wadkins-76 appear to represent the same person because: Same dates & parents. There is some confusion because Jemina's maiden and married name is Carter. Watkins, I believe is a family name, though I can not find my source for that information at the moment. Her name is spelled "Jemina" on the family's gravestone, Jemima in the 1850 census, and Jemimah in the 1860 census.
