Benjamin and Esther's daughter Ruth was born in Milton, Norfolk, Massachusetts, on 02 November 1737. Ruth married Andrew Adams, who is honored by the Daughters of the American Revolution for serving Massachusetts.

Ruth Wadsworth Adams died in Lancaster, Coos, New Hampshire, on 28 October 1820.
